Fish farming

Engineering IDS provides a full range of capabilities to develop fish farms worldwide.  The company has been engaged in developing several patented designs for offshore fish farming covering all aspects of

Engineering IDS is currently working on developing the first offshore fish farm in Norway.  The fish farm is designed to be located in a harsh environment in 100 years design sea states with significant wave heights in excess of 16 meters. It is designed to host 3,2 million salmon with a biomass capacity of more than 12,000 tons.
